Tempo Piovoso

Tempo Piovoso - Rainy Weather

The day started out with beautiful weather in Jason's class. We drove to an area about 3 minutes away which gave us an amazing view of Corciano.

Clouds were our focus today because there were so many of them. We painted through the morning and then around 12:30 pm the rain came pouring down on us. We all went scrambling to the van…some faster than others. We went back to the shelter of the Monastery to have a critique of our paintings, out of the rain.

Most of us could not finish the paintings we were working on due to the down pour. I thought that I liked mine at first, but like always, I tend to pick it apart during the critique. I plan on working on it some more. (I really don't like this painting....I had such high hopes.)

LATER
....there were amazing clouds and a beautiful sunset. I missed the sunset, but I got some shots of then amazing clouds before and after the sunset. These pictures will come later because some of them are on my new camera that I have FINALLY started to learn how to use :)
