Sono rimasta chiusa fuori

Woke up at 7:30 am to the sound of v bells that lasted for what seemed like at least 3 minutes. After one minute I just got out of bed grabbed my camera and just started recording the bells. Afterwards I was up and just stayed up. I went down to the villanet and talked to Mike :) (Pic = Very very very quick sketch of view from our terrace.)

Then a group of us went to a store about 10 minutes out of town to buy some portable chairs to use while we are on location. The store was a mix of Target, Home Depot, and Costco. I bought some random stuff and my chair.

Then we came back and went for another swim because it was so hot. We played volley ball and two local kids joined us named Silvia and Euri. They were great because they forced us to try to speak Italian and the taught me some words I didn't know. I also taught them how to play Marco Polo using a few Italian words and motions. They seemed to really like it.

Afterwards Brendan and I played some cards by the pool in the blazing sun.

I went back to our flat and was locked out because my roomies had the key so I just sat on our steps and read some homework for a couple of hours until Enzo (owner of home) came by and we talked (he is forcing me to try to only talk Italian to him, which I like but I have so far to go) and then I asked his wife if there was an extra key (in French) and he let me in and told me how to say I am locked out in Italian……sono rimasta chiusa fuori. I don't have to say that again :)
